You Only Need 4 Ingredients for This Baked Chicken Caesar

Easy Baked Chicken Caesar Ingredients 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless 1 cup Caesar salad dressing (click for homemade recipe) ½ cup sour cream (optional) 1-1½ cup Parmesan cheese Instructions Heat oven to 375F and spray the inside of an 8" x 11" baking dish with cooking spray. If the breasts are uneven thickness, pound them (placed in a Ziploc bag and on a flat surface) to an even ¾"-1" thickness using a meat pounder. Sprinkle the breasts (both sides) with grated Parmesan cheese & freshly ground black pepper, and place them in the prepared baking dish. Whisk together Caesar dressing and sour cream in a small bowl. Pour the Caesar/sour cream mixture over each breasts then sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top. Place the prepared chicken in the oven and bake at 375F for 30 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part of one of the middle breasts reads 150°F. Turn the oven to broil and broil the breasts

7 hours 5 Minute Easy Slow Cooker Sausage and Potato Casserole Ingredients 1 - 32 oz. bag of hash browns or may substitute fresh diced potatoes 14 oz. kielbasa cut into small pieces 1 small onion diced 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 10.5 oz can cream of chicken or mushroom soup 1 cup milk salt and pepper to taste Takes 7 hrs  5 min , serves 6. Instructions Combine hash browns, kielbasa, onion, and 2 cups of the cheese in a greased slow cooker. In a separate bowl, combine cream of chicken, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over hash brown mix. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. It is done when your potatoes and onions have cooked through. Be careful not to overcook the potatoes. Enjoy! Notes If you substitute fresh diced potatoes for the frozen, you will probably need to add to the cooking time. The dish is done once your potatoes and onions are cooked. full instructions in here
